Praying from Psalms 5:5. Themes: Arrogance, Iniquity, Hatred.
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that the arrogant will not stand in your sight and that you hate all workers of iniquity. I pray that you would remove any arrogance from my heart and help me to always humble myself before you. I also pray that you would give me the strength to resist any temptation to engage in sinful behavior and to always strive to do what is right in your eyes. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for the promise that you will always be with me. Amen.
Verse: The arrogant will not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.
Psalms 5:5
This is a Promise. The verse states that God hates all workers of iniquity and the arrogant will not stand in His sight. This is a promise of God’s judgment against those who practice evil.
