Dear God,
I thank you for your love for righteousness and your hatred for wickedness. I claim the promise that you have anointed me with the oil of gladness above my fellows. May your anointing bring joy and gladness into my life and may I always strive to live a righteous life that pleases you.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: You have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness.Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
Psalms 45:7
This is a Promise. The verse is saying that because the reader has loved righteousness and hated wickedness, God has anointed them with the oil of gladness above their peers.
