Dear God, we come before you with heavy hearts, feeling forgotten and oppressed. We ask that you do not hide your face from us, but instead, shine your light upon us and bring us comfort. Help us to feel your presence and know that you are with us in our struggles. Please lift us up and give us the strength to overcome our afflictions. We trust in your love and mercy, and we pray that you will guide us through this difficult time. Amen.
