Dear God, I come before you today with a heavy heart. I ask that you consider my affliction and my travail. I am struggling and in need of your help and guidance. Please forgive all my sins and cleanse me of any wrongdoing. I trust in your mercy and grace to lift me up and give me strength to overcome my challenges. Thank you for your love and compassion. Amen.
