Praying from Matthew 9:6 relating to Authority, Forgiveness, Healing.

Dear Lord Jesus, we thank you for showing us your authority on earth to forgive sins. We pray that you would forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Just as you commanded the paralytic to get up, take up his mat, and go to his house, we pray that you would give us the strength and courage to rise up from our sins and walk in your ways. May we always remember your power to forgive and may we live our lives in a way that honors you. In your holy name we pray, Amen.

Verse: But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins—” ( then he said to the paralytic),“Get up, and take up your mat, and go to your house.”
Matthew 9:6

This is a Command. The command is for the paralytic to get up, take his mat, and go to his house, in order to demonstrate that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.
