Dear Lord, I come to you today claiming the promise that you have given us in Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. I know that there are those who hate me and whisper together against me, imagining the worst for me. But I trust in your protection and your promise that you will be with me always. I pray that you will shield me from their attacks and give me the strength to overcome any obstacles that come my way. Thank you for your unfailing love and protection. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing the speaker’s situation of being hated and plotted against by others. There is no command given to the reader.
