Dear Lord Jesus,
As I face trials and persecution in this world, I claim the promise that you will receive my spirit just as you did for Stephen. Help me to remain steadfast in my faith and trust in you, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. May my life be a testimony to your love and grace, and may I always be willing to lay down my life for your sake. Thank you for the assurance that you are with me always, and that nothing can separate me from your love.
In your precious name I pray,
