Praying from Psalms 32:3. Themes: Silence, Suffering, Repentance.
Dear Lord, I come before you today with a heavy heart. I confess that there have been times when I have kept silent, not speaking out about the struggles and burdens that weigh me down. As a result, my bones have wasted away, and my groaning has been constant throughout the day.
But I claim the promise that you have given us in your word, that when we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So, I ask for your forgiveness for my silence and for not trusting in your love and grace.
I pray that you would restore my strength and renew my spirit, that I may walk in the light of your truth and experience the fullness of your joy. Help me to be bold and courageous in speaking out about my struggles, knowing that you are with me every step of the way.
Thank you for your promise of forgiveness and restoration, and for your never-ending love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
