Dear Yahweh,

I come to you in the day of my calamity, feeling overwhelmed and helpless. But I know that you are my support, and I claim the promise that you will never leave me nor forsake me.

I trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to see me through this difficult time. I know that you are with me, and that you will guide me and strengthen me.

Thank you for being my rock and my refuge, and for always being there for me. I put my trust in you, and I know that you will never let me down.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that even though the speaker faced calamity, Yahweh was their support and helped them through it.
