Prayer based on Psalms 146:5. Themes: Hope, Trust, Happiness

Dear Yahweh, my God,

I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I am so blessed to have you as my help and my hope. Your promise in Psalm 146:5 says, “Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Yahweh, his God.” I claim this promise today and declare that I am happy because I have you as my help and my hope.

Thank you for being my rock and my refuge in times of trouble. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness that sustain me every day. I put my trust in you, knowing that you will never leave me nor forsake me.

I pray that you will continue to guide me and lead me in the path of righteousness. Help me to always seek your will and to follow your ways. May your peace and joy fill my heart and overflow into the lives of those around me.

Thank you for your goodness and mercy that follow me all the days of my life. I praise you and give you all the glory, now and forevermore. Amen.
