Praying from Psalms 140:11. Themes: Judgment, Justice, Consequences
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in your word that an evil speaker won’t be established in the earth. I pray that you would protect me from the words of those who seek to harm me and bring me down. I ask that you would also protect me from becoming an evil speaker myself. Help me to use my words to build up and encourage others, rather than tearing them down. I trust in your promise that evil will hunt the violent man to overthrow him. I pray that you would bring justice to those who seek to do harm and that you would protect me from their schemes. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promises in your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse states that an evil speaker and violent man will not be established in the earth and will be overthrown by evil.
