Dear God, please protect me from my enemies and adversaries. Do not let them prevail against me or rejoice when I fall. Help me to stand strong in the face of adversity and to trust in your strength and guidance. May your love and protection surround me always. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse is a plea for God to protect the speaker from their enemies so that they will not be able to claim victory over them. The command is to ask God for protection from enemies.
