Prayer based on Psalms 130:1. Themes: Salvation, Repentance, Trust

Dear Yahweh, I come to you today from the depths of my heart, crying out to you for help and guidance. I know that you are always there for me, and I claim the promise that you will hear my cries and answer me. I trust in your unfailing love and mercy, and I know that you will lift me up out of the depths and set my feet on solid ground. Thank you for being my rock and my salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.
Psalms 130:1

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement of the psalmist’s experience of crying out to Yahweh from a place of deep distress or despair. There is no explicit command given to the reader.
