Dear Lord, I come before you today and ask that you uphold me according to your word. I know that your promises are true and that you are faithful to fulfill them. I pray that you would strengthen me and give me the courage to face whatever challenges come my way. Help me to trust in you and not be ashamed of my hope in you. I believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I could ask or think, and I claim this promise today. Thank you for your love and grace, and for always being there for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.
Psalms 119:116
