Dear God, I declare that you are my God and I am grateful for all that you have done for me. I promise to give thanks to you always, for your love and mercy towards me. I will exalt you and lift your name high, for you are worthy of all praise and honor. Thank you for being my God and for your faithfulness towards me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
