Dear Lord, please grant me the wisdom and strength to discipline those under my care according to your will. Help me to lead with love and compassion, but also with firmness and authority when necessary. Please guide me in teaching those who are older than me, and help me to impart your wisdom to them. May I always seek to honor you in my leadership and may your will be done in all things. Amen.

Psalms 105:22
