Dear Lord, I come before you today with a grateful heart, knowing that you have not dealt with me according to my sins, nor repaid me for my iniquities. I thank you for your mercy and grace that have been poured out upon me, even though I do not deserve it. I claim the promise that you will continue to show me your loving-kindness and forgiveness, and that you will not hold my past mistakes against me. Help me to live a life that honors you and brings glory to your name. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
