Dear Yahweh,
Thank you for looking down from the height of your sanctuary and seeing the earth. I claim the promise that you are always watching over us and that you see everything that is happening in our lives. Help me to trust in your constant presence and to find comfort in the knowledge that you are always with me. May I always remember that you are the one who sees all and knows all, and that you are always working for my good. Thank you for your love and faithfulness.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 102:19
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Yahweh has looked down from his sanctuary in heaven and has seen the earth. It is not giving a command to the reader.
