Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you will arise and have mercy on Zion. I pray that you will have pity on her and show her your love and grace. I believe that the set time has come for you to pour out your blessings on Zion and bring her into a season of abundance and prosperity. I trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would fulfill this promise in my life and in the lives of those around me. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for always being faithful to your promises. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise.

The verse is a promise that God will have mercy on Zion and that the time for pity has come. There is no command given to the reader.
