Prayer based on Proverbs 9:10. Themes: Fear, Wisdom, Knowledge

Dear Yahweh, I come before you with a heart full of reverence and awe. I acknowledge that the fear of you is the beginning of wisdom and that true understanding comes from knowing you, the Holy One. Help me to seek you with all my heart, to learn from your word and to apply your teachings to my life. May my thoughts, words, and actions reflect the knowledge of you and may I grow in wisdom and understanding each day. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the gift of wisdom that comes from knowing you. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Proverbs 9:10
