Praying from Ephesians 4:14 relating to Maturity, Sound Doctrine, Deception
Dear Lord, please help us to grow in our faith and understanding so that we may no longer be like children, easily swayed by every new idea or teaching that comes our way. Protect us from the deceitful tactics of those who would lead us astray and give us discernment to recognize the truth from error. May we be firmly rooted in your Word and guided by your Holy Spirit, always seeking to grow in knowledge and wisdom. Amen.
Verse: that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;
Ephesians 4:14
This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to mature in their faith and not be swayed by false teachings or deceitful people.
