Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise in Proverbs 21:18 that the wicked is a ransom for the righteous and the treacherous for the upright. I claim this promise for myself and my loved ones. I pray that you would protect us from the schemes of the wicked and the treacherous. May their plans be thwarted and may they be brought to justice. I trust in your righteousness and your faithfulness to protect and provide for us. Thank you for being our refuge and our strength. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
