Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that a friend loves at all times and a brother is born for adversity. I claim this promise for my life and ask that you would bring me friends who will love me through all seasons and circumstances. I also ask that you would bless me with brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand by me and support me during times of hardship and adversity. Help me to be a faithful friend and brother to those around me, and may your love and grace be evident in all of my relationships. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the gift of community. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
