Dear Lord, please help me to recognize the beginning of strife and contention in my relationships. Give me the wisdom to stop it before it breaks out into a full-blown argument. Help me to be a peacemaker and to seek understanding and reconciliation instead of conflict. May your love and grace guide my words and actions, and may I always strive to bring peace and unity to those around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
