Dear Lord, we come before you today acknowledging that it is an abomination for kings to do wrong, for the throne is established by righteousness. We pray for our leaders, that they may always act with integrity and righteousness, and that they may lead our nations with wisdom and justice. May they always seek your guidance and follow your ways, so that our nations may prosper and be a blessing to others. We pray for your protection over our leaders, and for your grace to be upon them as they carry out their duties. May they always remember that they are accountable to you, and may they always strive to do what is right in your sight. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
