Dear God, please grant me a glad heart that will make my face cheerful. Help me to find joy in the little things and to appreciate the blessings in my life. Please heal any aching in my heart and lift my spirit when I am feeling down. May I always remember that you are with me, and that your love and grace are enough to sustain me through any trial. Amen.

Verse: A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but an aching heart breaks the spirit.
Proverbs 15:13
