Dear God, please guide me to walk with wise men and women who will help me grow in wisdom and knowledge. Protect me from the influence of foolish companions who may lead me astray and cause harm. Help me to discern the difference between wise and foolish company and to choose my companions wisely. Thank you for your guidance and protection. Amen.

Verse: One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.
Proverbs 13:20

This is a Command. The verse instructs the reader to choose wise companions in order to become wise themselves and avoid harm.
