Dear Yahweh, I come before you today with a humble heart, seeking your guidance and wisdom. I pray that you would help me to always speak the truth and avoid lying lips, for I know that they are an abomination to you. May I always be a person of integrity and honesty, and may my actions and words bring delight to your heart. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and may I always seek to do what is right in your eyes. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the privilege of being able to come before you in prayer. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight.
Proverbs 12:22

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to speak truth and avoid lying, as lying is detestable to Yahweh. Those who speak truth are pleasing to Yahweh.
