Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that the root of the righteous flourishes. I pray that you would help me to resist the wicked desires of evil men and instead seek after your righteousness. May my roots grow deep in your truth and may I bear fruit that brings glory to your name. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that those who trust in you will flourish like a tree planted by streams of water. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
