Prayer based on Proverbs 11:5. Themes: Righteousness, Direction, Wickedness

Dear Lord, I pray that you guide me in the path of righteousness. May my actions and decisions be blameless and pleasing to you. Help me to avoid the ways of the wicked and to stay on the straight and narrow path. Protect me from falling by my own wickedness and keep me steadfast in your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: The righteousness of the blameless will direct his way, but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.
Proverbs 11:5

This is a Command. The verse instructs the reader to pursue righteousness in order to have direction in life, while warning against wickedness which will lead to one’s downfall.
