Dear Lord, please help me to be a wise and understanding person who does not trouble my own household. May I always seek to bring peace and harmony to my family and those around me. Help me to learn from those who are wise of heart and to serve them with humility. May I never be foolish or prideful, but always seek to grow in wisdom and understanding. Thank you for your guidance and love. Amen.

Verse: He who troubles his own house shall inherit the wind. The foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart.
Proverbs 11:29

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader not to trouble their own house, or they will inherit the wind. It also warns that the foolish will be servant to the wise of heart.
