Dear Lord, please help me to be mindful of my actions and words. May I never cause sorrow to others by winking with my eye or engaging in foolish chatter. Grant me the wisdom to speak with kindness and to act with compassion, so that I may bring joy and peace to those around me. Help me to avoid the pitfalls of foolishness and to always walk in your ways. Amen.

Verse: One who winks with the eye causes sorrow, but a chattering fool will fall.
