Praying from Matthew 5:38 relating to Justice, Retribution, Equality.
Dear God, we have heard the saying, “An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.” But we know that revenge and retaliation only lead to more pain and suffering. Help us to have the strength and wisdom to forgive those who have wronged us and to seek peace instead of vengeance. May we follow your example of love and mercy, and may our actions reflect your grace and compassion. Amen.
