Dear Jesus, please come and touch me with your healing and comforting presence. Help me to get up from my fears and anxieties, and to trust in your love and power. Give me the courage to face the challenges of life with faith and hope, knowing that you are always with me. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the peace that surpasses all understanding. Amen.

Verse: Jesus came and touched them and said,“Get up, and don’t be afraid.”
