Dear Lord, I claim the promise of Isaiah’s prophecy that says, “By hearing you will hear, and will in no way understand; Seeing you will see, and will in no way perceive.” May my ears be open to hear your voice and my eyes be open to see your works. Help me to understand your ways and perceive your truth. May I never be blinded by my own understanding or deaf to your voice. Thank you for fulfilling this promise in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
