Dear Lord,

I come before you with a heart of submission, acknowledging that everyone will be salted with fire and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. I trust in your promise that this refining process will ultimately lead to growth and transformation.

I pray that you would help me to embrace the challenges and trials that come my way, knowing that they are a necessary part of my journey with you. May I be willing to surrender my own desires and plans, and instead trust in your perfect will for my life.

As I offer myself as a living sacrifice to you, I ask that you would season me with the salt of your grace and love. May my life be a pleasing aroma to you, and may I bring glory to your name in all that I do.

Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise of growth and transformation through the refining fire. I trust in your goodness and love, and I pray all of this in Jesus’ name.

Amen.
