Prayer based on Mark 9:24. Themes: Faith, Doubt, Help
Dear Lord, I come to you with tears in my eyes, just like the father of the child who cried out to you. I believe in you, but sometimes my faith wavers, and doubts creep in. I ask for your help to overcome my unbelief. I claim the promise that you will never leave me nor forsake me, and that you are always with me, even in my moments of doubt. Strengthen my faith, Lord, and help me to trust in you completely. Thank you for your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a plea for help with the father’s struggle to fully believe in Jesus’ power to heal his son. It is a promise that Jesus will help strengthen the father’s faith.
