Dear Lord, please help me to always honor and respect my parents. May I never reach a point where I no longer allow them to do anything for them. Give me the strength and wisdom to care for them as they age and to show them the love and gratitude they deserve. Help me to be a blessing to them and to always put their needs before my own. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
