Prayer based on Luke 6:20. Themes: Blessedness, Poverty, Kingdom of God.

Dear God,

As I lift up my eyes to you, I claim the promise that you have given to the poor. I am grateful for the blessings that you have bestowed upon me, and I pray that you continue to guide me on the path towards your Kingdom.

I am humbled by your grace and mercy, and I trust in your promise that your Kingdom is mine. I pray that you help me to remain faithful and steadfast in my journey towards you, and that you continue to bless me with your love and provision.

Thank you for your unfailing love and for the promise of your Kingdom. I pray that I may always seek your will and follow your ways, and that I may be a faithful servant in your Kingdom.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Amen.

Verse: He lifted up his eyes to his disciples, and said:“Blessed are you who are poor, for God’s Kingdom is yours.
