Dear Lord, as I come before you today, I claim the promise of your word that says, “When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking.” I pray that you would bless my efforts and endeavors, just as you blessed the disciples when they cast their nets into the sea. May I experience an abundance of blessings and success in all that I do, and may my nets be overflowing with your goodness and provision. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promises that you have given us. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse describes the result of the disciples obeying Jesus’ command to cast their nets into the water. They caught a great multitude of fish and their net was breaking.
