Dear Lord, help me to stay awake and alert in your presence. Give me the strength to resist temptation and to stay true to your will. Help me to pray without ceasing, so that I may always be in communion with you. Grant me the grace to overcome any obstacles that may come my way, and to remain steadfast in my faith. May your Holy Spirit guide me and protect me, now and always. Amen.
