Praying from Luke 20:42. Themes: Messiah, Lordship, Exaltation
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you made to David in the book of Psalms. You said to him, “Sit at my right hand.” I believe that this promise is for me too, and I claim it in faith. I ask that you would help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, so that I may be worthy of this great honor. I pray that you would guide me and direct me in all that I do, and that you would give me the strength and courage to follow your will. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the promise that you have made to me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
