Dear Lord, I claim the promise that those who were sent went away and found things just as you had told them. I pray that I may have the same faith and trust in your words, knowing that you always keep your promises. Help me to believe that everything you have spoken over my life will come to pass, and that I will see the fulfillment of your plans for me. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always keeping your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement of confirmation that what Jesus had told the disciples came true. There is no command or instruction given to the reader.
