Prayer based on Luke 18:25. Themes: Wealth, Salvation, Difficulty
Dear God, we come before you humbly and acknowledge that it is easier for a camel to enter through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter your Kingdom. We pray that you would help us to let go of our attachment to material possessions and wealth, and instead focus on serving you and others. May we be generous with what we have and use our resources to further your kingdom on earth. We ask for your guidance and strength to live a life that is pleasing to you. Amen.
Verse: For it is easier for a camel to enter in through a needle’s eye than for a rich man to enter into God’s Kingdom.”
Luke 18:25
This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to prioritize spiritual wealth over material wealth in order to enter God’s Kingdom.
