Heavenly Father, I claim the promise that when I turn back to glorify You with a loud voice, You will heal me. Just as the one leper saw his healing and turned back to give You praise, I too will give You all the glory and honor for the healing and restoration in my life. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for always keeping Your promises. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse describes how one of the ten lepers who were healed returned to give thanks and glorify God. There is no explicit command given to the reader.
