Dear God, please help me to be faithful in the little things in my life, knowing that my faithfulness in small matters will lead to greater opportunities to serve you. Please keep me from being dishonest in even the smallest things, knowing that dishonesty in any area of my life will lead to greater harm. Help me to always be a person of integrity, no matter how small or insignificant the task may seem. Amen.
Verse: He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.
Luke 16:10
This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to be faithful in small things, as it reflects their faithfulness in larger things. It also warns against being dishonest in small things, as it reflects their dishonesty in larger things.
