Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you will reign over the house of Jacob forever. I believe that there will be no end to your Kingdom. I trust in your sovereignty and your power to rule over all things. I pray that you will establish your Kingdom in my heart and in the hearts of all those around me. May your reign be evident in our lives and in the world. Help us to submit to your authority and to live according to your will. Thank you for the promise of your eternal Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a promise that the reign of the Messiah over the house of Jacob will be eternal and without end.
