Prayer based on Luke 11:20. Themes: Power, Kingdom, Demons

Dear God, I claim the promise that if I cast out demons by Your finger, then Your Kingdom has come to me. I pray that You would empower me to do Your work and to be a vessel for Your Kingdom to come. May Your power and authority be evident in my life as I seek to do Your will. Thank You for the promise of Your Kingdom and for the privilege of being a part of Your work in this world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: But if I by God’s finger cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come to you.
Luke 11:20

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that if the speaker is able to cast out demons by God’s power, then it is evidence that God’s Kingdom has come. There is no direct command given to the reader.
