Dear God, help me to remember that you are the creator of all things, both inside and out. When I am feeling foolish or lost, remind me that you have made me in your image and that you have a plan for my life. Help me to trust in your wisdom and guidance, and to seek your will in all that I do. Thank you for your love and grace, and for making me a part of your creation. Amen.

Verse: You foolish ones, didn’t he who made the outside make the inside also?
Luke 11:40

This is a Command. The verse is a rebuke to those who focus solely on external appearances and reminds them that the same God who created the outside also created the inside. The command is to not be foolish and to recognize the importance of inner character.
