Prayer based on John 20:19. Themes: Resurrection, Fear, Peace.

Heavenly Father, I claim the promise that just as Jesus appeared to His disciples when they were gathered in fear and with locked doors, He will also come to me in the midst of my fears and doubts. I pray that His peace will fill my heart and calm my anxieties. May I always remember that Jesus is with me, even when I cannot see Him, and that His love and grace are always available to me. Thank you for this promise and for the assurance that I am never alone. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: When therefore it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were locked where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the middle and said to them,“Peace be to you.”
John 20:19

This is a Promise.

The promise is “Peace be to you.”
